The Ngaruawahia Golf Club is excited to announce the recommencement of our popular "Have a Go" Thursday Twilight sessions for women of all ages!

These sessions are perfect for complete beginners, those new to the game, or women returning to golf. All previous participants are also warmly welcomed back.

Starting Thursday, October 9th, at 5:15 PM, each session will include a half-hour lesson with our resident coaching professional, Duncan Bennett, followed by an opportunity to practice your new found skills out on the course. Equipment provided, if needed.

The cost is $10 per session,or join our special She Loves Golf membership available on our website.

Ngaruawahia Golf Club

Our Golf Club is situated on the banks of the mighty Waikato River just 10 minutes north of Hamilton and less than one hour south of Auckland on State Highway 1 and is regarded as one of the best in the region.

One of the largest clubs in the Waikato - we have three men's Championship Pennant teams and two ladies teams.

We welcome visitors to our course and offer "Special" greenfees from time to time on the Dot Golf Website.

Course Features

This very popular course is rated as one of the top courses in the region with lush contoured fairways and well manicured greens are countered by length, strategically positioned trees and bunkers as well as difficult prevailing winds make it a great test for all abilities.

Ngaruawahia Golf course is the course for everyone with the very best of facilities from a fully stocked pro shop and a modern clubhouse catering for all occasions.

Club Features

Our Golf Professional Duncan Bennett runs a well stocked Pro Shop and offers coaching lessons for all abilities. Our Juniors get free coaching throughout the school terms on Monday afternoons.

Practice Driving Range, Chipping green and Putting green are all available any day.

Catering and bar facilities are available on all club days and tournament days.

Our clubhouse is very modern and is available to hire for weddings, birthday, Corporate Days (Subject to availability)
