Beginner Coaching Sessions
Ladies, this is your chance to get started in golf at our upcoming beginner coaching sessions. Get together with few friends and join us for this 6-week programme.
Golf professional Carl Brooking is running the sessions with the first four weeks on the practice area covering the basics and then weeks 5 and 6 learning to play out on course. With small group sizes of 4-5 women, there will be plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and discover what this game is all about! All equipment for the sessions can be supplied.

Group One: Sunday 24th Feb to Sunday 31st March - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Group Two: Tuesday 26th Feb to Tuesday 2nd April - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Group Three: Wednesday 27th Feb to Wednesday 3rd April - 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Harewood Golf Club
Conveniently located just minutes for Christchurch’s city centre and within close proximity to the airport, the Harewood Golf Club holds a fond place in the hearts of golfers the world over.

Harewood Golf Club is proud to offer you the Woodlands Course, a challenging, and contrasting golf course. The Woodlands course is very well drained and has excellent greens, year round. The fairways seem relatively flat but are, in fact, deceptively undulating. When you add in the spectacular views of the Southern Alps and the Port Hills in the background, you’re sure to enjoy your day.
To help you warm up, there is an extensive practice area including a putting green, chipping area and greenside bunker.
We also have the option of a 23 bay covered Driving Range or an expansive grass tee area. These are available for use by the General Public as well as Members.
Pricing for the Range is based per bucket of balls or we have options for Driving Range Membership and/or Concession Cards.
Hours of operation are 8.00am until 6.00pm (last buckets sold)
The Club house is open 7 days
Pro Shop is open 7.30am until 6.00pm
