Live Long Event
Movember Masters - Clearwater
The Movember Masters is a nationwide golf series of three-person team, Ambrose format, golf tournaments with a focus on fast play, fun and of course spending some quality time on the course with some fellow men's health supporters.

This tournament is part of the Movember Masters National Golf Series that aims to provide each golfer with a unique experience, including two cups on each green, the Mo Pro Zone where golfers take on the pro to win it all and the Speights Shootout.

As well as unique on course activities, this event will be scored on VPAR, the golf scoring app that provides teams with a live leaderboard and the ability to track your position against the field, as well as track your mates in the field as the tournament progresses.

The winning team of each Movember Masters Ambrose tournament is invited to attend the Movember Masters ‘Weekend of Champions’ held at Millbrook Resort over the first weekend of May, where your team will compete to be crowned National Champion while playing two rounds of golf and staying at one of the top golf resorts in the country.

Clearwater Golf Club
Clearwater Golf Club is New Zealand's leading international professional golf destination and as you would expect it provides first class golfing facilities to members, guests and visitors year round. The 6 tee options (five par 72 layouts and one par 60) means that everyone can enjoy the manicured fairways and pristine native surroundings throughout the year.

Our head professional, Matt Holten, has represented New Zealand as an amateur golfer before playing on the professional golf circuits in Asia and Australia. He is a great ambassador for golf and appreciates the effort that goes into playing a better game.

The course at Clearwater Golf Club is described as a "Florida Links" style. This means that there are very few trees on the course but plentiful water and the impact of the wind is a significant variable. The course is quite flat and very easy to walk although the option to use one of the 40 electric golf carts is often a relaxing choice chosen by many players.
As you would expect Clearwater Golf Club has superb practice facilities with a grass driving range exceeding 400 metres in length ( just in case John Daly would like to warm up), 2 practice putting greens and a practice bunker and chipping area.

The Golf Shop is staffed by a friendly team daily from dawn to early evening. A full range of the best golf brands equipment and apparel is always available, as well as "made to order" options.

The Member Lounge is the centre of our golfing community. Fine wines and international beers , as well as a wide selection of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages are complemented by food options from our chef partners at Peppers Clearwater Resort.

The Lounge has both an indoor and outdoor area with superb seating (stone fireplaces in the Winter) overlooking the spectacular 18th green.
