Hamilton Golf Club
The Hamilton Golf Club is one of New Zealand's premier golfing venues and welcomes visitors to a round of golf on its challenging 72 par layout, just minutes from Hamiltons city centre. The clubhouse offers superb hospitality in the 19th Bar and MatteBlack Cafe, NZPGA services in the Pro Drive Pro Shop, and golf for members and visitors.
The Par 72 Hamilton Golf Club course is a rolling parkland layout, featuring more than fifty bunkers, and the ever present mighty Waikato River nearby. Located in the suburb of St. Andrews, the course is an embodiment of the core values that the game was established upon at the other ‘St. Andrews’ in Scotland.

Holes that invite courage and boldness are tempered with other holes where restraint may yield superior results. Tempt fate at the Par 5 4th where the green may be in reach but lurking just to the right is the mighty Waikato River. Display discipline and embrace strategy to conquer the 292 metre short Par 4 7th. The signature 18th requires full commitment but even then your confidence and courage will be questioned on the tee as you analyse the five bunkers encircling the green on this elevated par 3.

Thoughtful tree planting since opening more than 100 years ago, has created a parkland course that meanders elegantly across its riverside layout. Stunning contours are emphasized at key locations and contribute to the overall puzzle. Unearth your true strengths as a player as you have your entire game put into question.
Facilities at St Andrews include a practice fairway, buckets of range balls, chipping and putting green, practice bunker, fully stocked Pro Drive Pro Shop,  the wonderful MatteBlack Cafe, and our own 19th Bar overlooking several holes from the upper level.
