VOTED BEST 9 HOLE 'NORTHERN' COURSE

Our course is open for play every day of the year - weather permitting.

From our opening in 1973, the original 9 holes (greens) have been expanded to 11, played from 18 tee blocks

with options to play longer (blue/red) or shorter (yellow/white) layouts. Our green tee positions are suitable for non-golfers and avoids the major hazards. Our current layout is planted in mature trees, with picturesque water views from several areas on the course. It is mandatory that you make a booking, particularly in summer our course can be very busy, Affiliate members are also welcome to join our Saturday haggle, unless there is a major competition being played

A good range of hire clubs is available, catering for Men, Ladies and Children, both Left and Right hand players. Our schedule of Hire Fees are detailed on our Visitors page. In our busy summer months it may pay to call the club to book an electric golf cart (5 are available).

Our club is equipped with the Dotgolf scoring system, benefiting members and guests by ensuring a higher level of accuracy when registering scores and handicaps.

The clubhouse is open to all visitors, offering a fully licenced bar, cafe with "home made" counter food and great coffee.
